The Royal Tenenbaums is my favorite movie. I always had several favorite movies until this one came out. If you have not seen it, do it.
The Mummy and The Mummy Returns are two of my favorite movies. I saw The Mummy Returns six times in the theaters, and would have seen it more times but my parents didn't want me to spend so much money. So instead, I waited until it came out on DVD and bought it and I watched it about fifty times. I actually like The Mummy Returns more than the original, but they are both really, really cool.
Catch Me if You Can is a really good movie. I saw it a few days after it came out with my awesome friend Erin. I don't think she liked it as much as I did, but still. It was a cool movie. Go see it. It'll make you happy. You know what made me happy? Well, I'll tell you: the fact that it was actually a true story. That was a smart kid. I wish I were that smart.
Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius looked like a really stupid movie and I was a little sad when my dad brought it home and wanted to watch it. But I watched it. And this cartoon is so freaking awesome that it deserves to be put on this site. So freaking awesome. Watch it. Watch it.
Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone and Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets. You knew it was coming. You knew I was going to put this here. Harry Potter is the best. The books are only slightly better than the movie, which makes it cool, because usually the books are way better than the movies. But they did a good job with these. Can't wait for the rest of them. I love you, Harry Potter! Look how cool he is. He's got a sword.
The Sound of Music is my favorite musical, closely followed by My Fair Lady. And maybe Rocky Horror Picture Show. But The Sound of Music is my favorite simply because I must have seen it a thousand times and I love it more and more every time I see it.
Pocahontas is a great Disney cartoon. But almost all the Disney cartoons are great. I grew up with Disney movies and stuff, and especially Disneyland, my favorite place in the whole world. I love nearly all the Disney cartoons, but I put Pocahontas here because I watched it recently and it is very very cool. But of course, I love the others, such as: The Lion King, The Little Mermaid (I loved that when I was a kid, and I still do), Beauty and the Beast, Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, Cinderella, Sleeping Beauty (Aurora is my favorite Disney princess), Aladdin, and tons more that I can't think of right now.
10 Things I Hate About You is my one favorite 'teen movie.' All the other 'teen movies' really suck. I mean, they go beyond the realm of retardation. But this one is extremely cool. Also, it stars Heath Ledger. So, what do you get when you put a really hot guy in a fun movie about antisocial teenagers? 10 Things I Hate About You. I think I have seen this movie no less than fifty times. Watch it. watch it.
Enemy at the Gates is a war movie, but an extremely good one. I have yet to see all of it, but I saw most of it, and trust me, it's really good. It's about the battle of Stalingrad in World War II and this guy who is a whoop-de-freaking good sniper guy played by Jude Law. Rachel Weisz is in it, and she's really super cool because she was in The Mummy movies and About a Boy. So yea, I usually don't like war movies, but this one is really good. Watch it! I command you.
